WeBoth is an AI-powered relationship mediation platform that provides:

• AI-Powered Mediation: Automated compromise suggestions using artificial intelligence
• Fairness Scoring: Algorithmic assessment of compromise balance
• Progress Tracking: Analytics and insights on resolution patterns
• Partner Synchronization: Real-time data sync between connected partners
• Subscription Plans: Free trial, monthly, and annual premium access

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

To use WeBoth, you must create an account by providing:

• Valid email address
• Name or display name
• Relationship preferences (optional)

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

5. Subscriptions and Payments

5.1 Free Trial

• 7-day free trial with 1 AI resolution per day
• Access to basic features
• No credit card required
• Automatically converts to free tier after 7 days (unless upgraded)

5.2 Monthly Subscription

• $7.99 USD per month
• 40 AI resolutions per month
• Full access to all features
• Priority support
• Billed monthly through Apple App Store

5.3 Annual Subscription

• $69.99 USD per year (save 26%)
• 600 AI resolutions per year
• Full access to all premium features
• Priority support
• Billed annually through Apple App Store

5.4 Payment Terms

• All payments are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• Manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID Account Settings
• No refunds for unused portions of subscription periods

5.5 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until the end of your paid period.

5.6 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect existing subscriptions until renewal.

6. AI-Generated Content

6.1 Nature of AI Suggestions

WeBoth uses a third-party artificial intelligence service to generate compromise suggestions. You acknowledge that:

• AI suggestions are automated and may not always be appropriate
• AI cannot understand complex human emotions and relationships fully
• Suggestions are based on the information you provide
• AI may occasionally produce inaccurate or unsuitable recommendations

6.2 Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Evaluating the suitability of AI-generated suggestions
• Making your own decisions about implementing compromises
• Understanding your unique relationship dynamics
• Seeking professional help when needed

6.3 No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee that using WeBoth will:

• Resolve your relationship conflicts
• Improve your relationship satisfaction
• Prevent relationship problems
• Replace the need for professional counseling

7. User Content and Conduct

7.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create in WeBoth (disagreements, notes, feedback). By using the app, you grant us a limited license to:

• Store and process your content to provide the service
• Use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our AI models
• Display your content back to you and your connected partner

7.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm others
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Upload viruses, malware, or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use automated tools to access the service (bots, scrapers)
• Resell or commercialize the service without permission
• Share your account credentials with others

7.3 Content Standards

Content you create must not:

• Be illegal, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
• Promote violence, discrimination, or hatred
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Contain explicit sexual content
• Include personal information of third parties without consent

8. Intellectual Property

WeBoth and all associated content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This includes:

• App design, interface, and user experience
• WeBoth logo, brand, and trademarks
• AI algorithms and prompts
• Analytics and insights methodologies
• Documentation and support materials

8.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use WeBoth for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

8.3 Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about WeBoth, you grant us the right to use them without compensation or attribution.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

• Understanding that disconnecting does not delete shared history

11. Disclaimers and Limitations

11.1 No Warranty

WeBoth is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Security or virus-free service

11.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeBoth shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Relationship problems or emotional distress
• Decisions made based on AI suggestions
• Service interruptions or data loss

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

11.3 No Professional Advice

WeBoth does not provide medical, psychological, legal, or professional relationship advice. Our AI suggestions are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional guidance.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WeBoth and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Content you submit or share through the app

13. Termination

13.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Deleting your account in the app Settings
• Contacting our support team

13.2 By Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Pose a security or legal risk
• Request account deletion

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your access to the service will cease immediately
• Your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy
• Subscriptions will be canceled (no pro-rated refunds)
• These Terms will continue to apply to past use

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14.2 Arbitration Agreement

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of WeBoth will be resolved through binding arbitration, except you may assert claims in small claims court if they qualify.

By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to:

Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for:

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, or internet outages.

15.6 Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via:

Continued use of WeBoth after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Apple App Store Terms

If you access WeBoth through the Apple App Store, you agree that:

• Apple has no obligation to provide support for the app
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims related to the app
• Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms
• You must comply with Apple's App Store Terms of Service
